Can I customise my own tour?

Yes! We are fully insured and Public Passenger Authorised Point to Point Trike Tour Operators.
Cancellation policy and what happens if it is raining the day I have booked my tour or I wish to cancel my tour?
A 50% deposit is due to confirm your booking. The balance is due on the day of your tour.
Tour cancellations outside of 7 days of departure time will result in a $25 per trike administration fee.
Cancellation fewer than 7 days but more than 48hrs prior to departure time will incur a $100 per trike administration fee unless the tour is rescheduled.
Failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full deposit forfeiture.
If it is raining or inclement weather, and you wish to go ahead, we will continue with the trike tour.
However, if you wish to reschedule or cancel the trike tour, please contact us to rebook/refund deposit otherwise if the driver proceeds to collect you, the trike tour deposit would not be refunded or rebooked.
Mudgee Trikes reserves the right to cancel all bookings. In the unlikely event of this happening a full refund of your deposit will be paid.
Payment and Gift Certificates
EFTPOS/Paypal/Square/Stripe payments are available and we accept all credit cards.
Amex and premium credit cards incur a 3% surcharge.
Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months and are non-refundable.
We are able to mail or email the gift voucher to you. For an extra $5, we are able to express post if required.
What else do I need to know?
Riders must be at least 8 years of age to ride the trike as per NSW Regulation.
For your safety and our trike tour operator's safety, we reserve the right to refuse passengers that we deem are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. No refund will be forthcoming if the trike tour is cancelled due to these circumstances.
